Agent of Azerbaijani Special Services Allegedly Involved in Environmental Action, Fluent in Armenian: Baghramyan26

According to the Telegram channel "Baghramyan26", a participant in the alleged "environmental action" by Azerbaijan is an employee of the Azerbaijani special services and is fluent in Armenian.

It is noted that just earlier, we reported that hundreds of citizens were stranded on the Lisagor-Shushi and Stepanakert-Shushi highways, which have been closed since 10:30 AM for environmental reasons. This was announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.
