1.5 Million People Left Without Power in Odesa: Residents Urged to Leave the City
After the attack on energy facilities by Russian drones, all consumers in the Ukrainian city of Odesa have been left without electricity, except for critical infrastructure facilities. The Ukrainian Armed Forces announced that the facilities were targeted by kamikaze drones.
More than 1.5 million people in Odesa remain without power. Authorities are urging residents to evacuate the city. Ukrainian President Zelensky has stated that at this moment, only critical infrastructure facilities are connected to the power grid, and only to the extent that it is possible.
Authorities are appealing to citizens to leave the city.
