Vivacell Receives 25,000 AMD Debt from Haykakan Zhamanak Through Court

The company "MTS Armenia" has filed a lawsuit against "Dareskizb" LLC for the recovery of a debt. Notably, "Dareskizb" LLC belongs to the family of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and is the owner of "Haykakan Zhamanak." This was reported by Hraparak.am.

According to the legal claim, "Haykakan Zhamanak" took a SIM card from "Vivacell" but failed to fulfill its obligations appropriately, leading the company to demand 25,000 AMD from HJ.

The court ruled on September 28, granting "Vivacell"’s claim and ordering the recovery of 25,000 AMD from HJ in favor of "Vivacell," along with an additional 1,500 AMD as payment for the state duty previously paid.
