Video: Vahagn Aleksanyan Tells Story About Kocharian's Relative

In the National Assembly, Arthur Khachatryan, a member of the Armenia bloc, criticized that Armenia's state debt has reached unprecedented levels and that the funds obtained have not served their purpose, with no development programs laid out underneath.

After his speech, Vahagn Aleksanyan from the ruling party shared a story about a tender announced years ago for asphalt paving that was won by one of the political figures. However, the company that won the competition did not pave the asphalt for three years.

According to Aleksanyan, this company belongs to Volodya Badalyan, a relative of Robert Kocharian.
