VIDEO: Pope Francis Weeps While Speaking About Ukrainians

Pope Francis wept while praying to the Virgin Mary in the Vatican, recalling the suffering of Ukrainians, as reported by unian.net.

"Immaculate Virgin, today I would like to offer you the gratitude of the Ukrainians," began Pope Francis, but he was unable to continue his speech due to tears. He bowed his head and remained silent for about 30 seconds.

When the Pope resumed his prayer, his voice trembled. "In place of this, I again convey the prayers of the people, the elderly, fathers and mothers, the young people of this tormented country," the pontiff concluded.
