Indian Prime Minister Cancels Meeting with Putin; Reason Revealed
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has canceled his annual face-to-face meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which was scheduled for December, according to Bloomberg, citing sources familiar with the matter.
According to the agency, Modi made this decision due to Russia's ongoing war and nuclear threats. The summit has been held since the 2000s and has only been canceled once before, in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
