Dangerous Blintz Production Suspended

Inspectors from the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia's Yerevan Center have conducted monitoring measures at the semi-finished product production facility owned by individual entrepreneur Lilia Khachatryan (located in Yerevan, Malatia-Sebastia administrative district). During these measures, samples of the existing products were taken.

According to the results of laboratory testing, it was determined that the "Yammi Bites" beef-filled blintz does not comply with the standards established by the Customs Union technical regulations on the safety of meat and meat products, as indicated by the findings of mesophilic aerobic facultative anaerobic bacteria (MAFAM) and Enterobacteriaceae (E.coli family bacteria).

The production of this semi-finished product has been suspended until the producer takes the necessary steps to ensure that the aforementioned product meets the requirements established by legal regulations.
