Video: Heavy Rain in Lisbon Causes Flooding, Several Areas Underwater
Heavy rains in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, have led to severe flooding. This information was reported by iz.ru. It has been noted that at least one person has died due to the disaster. New footage is periodically being published on the internet.
Earlier, it was reported that several areas in southern Portugal have been completely submerged due to the torrential rains.
