Trucks Collide on Artashat Highway in Yerevan

On December 8, at 10:01 AM, the National Crisis Management Center received a call reporting a traffic accident on the Artashat highway in Yerevan, where vehicles had collided, leaving one citizen trapped.

Two firefighting units from the Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Yerevan were dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that the trucks involved were of the brands “FAW” (driver: G. Ts.) and “HOWO” (driver: Sh. G.).

The rescuers disconnected the power supply of the HOWO truck, extricated driver Sh. G. from the wreckage, and brought him to an ambulance. The injured individual was subsequently hospitalized at Erebuni Medical Center.
