A trial has taken place in Ukraine for two detained Azerbaijanis, one of whom is a participant in the 44-day Artsakh war, according to Azerbaijani media.

It is reported that they categorically disagree with the charges and the punishment. Notably, the Azerbaijanis are searching for a trace of Armenians in all of this. Specifically, Misir Gasimli's sister stated that "the judicial process is being prolonged due to Armenian intervention." According to Ukrainian media, they have been found guilty of kidnapping, hooliganism, and possession of weapons and ammunition.

Recall that Misir Gasimli and Subkhan Guliyev are suspected of kidnapping and beating a Spanish citizen of Armenian descent in Ukraine.
