Statue of Putin Installed in Prague Sitting on Gas Valve

A statue of Russian President Vladimir Putin has been installed in Prague, depicted sitting on a gas valve with one hand raised in a Nazi salute. According to wydarzenia.interia.pl, the statue has been placed at a location where there previously stood a monument to Soviet Marshal Koniev.

The creator of the statue, Dushan Dostali, stated that the artwork is titled "Ahriman," which refers to a demon from Persian mythology symbolizing absolute evil.

Czech businessman Dalibor Dedek, who was involved in the installation of the statue, emphasized that the intention behind this act is to remind Czechs that the war in Ukraine is still ongoing, thus Ukrainians deserve moral and financial support.

The sculpture is expected to be auctioned off in a month, with the proceeds being donated to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
