Black Ice and Fog, Snowfall in Some Areas

There are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads in the territory of Armenia. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The roads from the "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to the Amberd fortress and Lake Kari in the Aragatsotn region are closed. The serpentine roads in the Lori region are closed for trucks with trailers, while other vehicles find it difficult to navigate.

Black ice is present on the roads in the Shirak, Tavush, and Syunik regions.

Snow is falling in the Lori region, in the Ashotzk area of Shirak, in the town of Jambarak in Gegharkunik, and in Hrazdan, Tsaghkadzor, and Charentsavan in Kotayk.

Fog is reported in the Vardenyats mountain pass, on the Lanjik-Mastara route, in the Ararat region on the Lanjarr-Lusashogh section, and in the Syunik region.
