Ten Bus Drivers Depart for Training in Germany

Ten drivers from the "Yerevan Bus" Company, which operates under the Yerevan Municipality, traveled to Germany today for a 12-day training program. The information was provided by Elbak Tarposhyan, the director of the "Yerevan Bus" Company, during a procedural meeting at the Yerevan Municipality.

According to Tarposhyan, the admission process for drivers will be ongoing. "At this moment, we have 275 registered drivers, primarily from the Ararat and Armavir regions. Their documents will soon undergo thorough examination, after which practical bus driving sessions will be organized every Sunday," he noted.

It is worth mentioning that back in May, it was announced that with the support of the government, the Yerevan community would acquire 100 twelve-meter MAN buses produced in Germany, which are expected to arrive in Yerevan in March-April 2023.
