VIDEO: Explosion Rocks Turkey's Samsun Port

An explosion has occurred at the Samsun port in Turkey, according to A Haber television channel.

"An explosion happened at the Samsun port for unknown reasons, and firefighting teams have been dispatched to the port area where a fire broke out after the explosion," reports the airline.

There is currently no information on casualties or the causes of the explosion.

Samsun is one of the country's key ports, located 420 kilometers north of Ankara. Freight transport from there goes to several countries, including Russia.
