Photos have been published on the social media platform Facebook showing damage to the walls of the National Gallery of Armenia. These images, captured today, reveal significant areas that have been affected.

Facebook user Eduard Hayrumyan, who shared the photos, stated: "All the photos were taken by me today at 19:00. Republic Square, the walls of the National Gallery of Armenia, show damage after what has been described as a 'very minor pre-New Year intervention.' Irreversible damage has been inflicted at all corners. Dear Yerevan Municipality, I hope you understand that restoring these corners shouldn't be organized by a 'light-hanging' organization."
