Civil Aviation Provides Details on the Jrarber Incident
The Civil Aviation Committee has issued a statement in which it is noted that:
“We inform you that the two pilots of the private BeechCraft 95-B55 aircraft that crashed in the Jrarber village area on December 1, 2022, were citizens of the Russian Federation: Alexey Valeryevich Protsenko, born in 1979, and Vitaly Vasilyevich Rogatkin, born in 1983,” the statement reads.
It is reminded that on December 1, at 2:20 PM, the National Crisis Management Center received information that a B55 type aircraft had fallen and caught fire in the Jrarber village area of Kotayk Province.
