Who Will Be the New Foreign Minister of Artsakh?
According to the newspaper "Hraparak," on November 23, nine ministers of the Artsakh government were dismissed, and then four of them were appointed as acting ministers. However, no appointments have yet been made to the government, leaving the ministerial positions vacant. Even within the political circles of Artsakh, there is no information about potential candidates. These issues are being discussed in the Araik Harutyunyan-Ruben Vardanyan format.
The biggest intrigue surrounds the position of the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Initially, reports surfaced that Vardan Oskanyan had been offered the position, followed by Ara Aivazyan. However, the presidential office in Artsakh clarified to our newspaper that, "regardless of the respect held for the mentioned individuals," the President of Artsakh has not yet made any offers to anyone.
In recent days, another candidate's name was added to the list: the President of Artsakh's advisor and former Foreign Minister Masis Mayilyan. Recently, he published a photo with the Russian ambassador in Armenia, demonstrating that the rumors regarding his ties to Soros-affiliated circles are exaggerated, and he has no issues with the Russian establishment, and the previous prohibitions against him are no longer in effect.
