We Must Deepen Cooperation with Armenia: Indian Ministry of External Affairs

We must deepen cooperation with Armenia. This was stated in a message to participants of an international conference held on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and India.

The message also noted: “The deepening of relations between the two countries was marked by the first visit of the Indian Foreign Minister to Armenia in 2021. We need to work towards attracting investments. I call on the Armenian side to encourage a greater number of students from India to enroll in Armenia's medical university. The conference provides an opportunity to establish the foundations for the development of relations between Armenia and India and the deepening of the centuries-old cooperation between the two peoples. The cultural heritage of Armenia is carefully preserved in India, which has ancient roots.”
