Elon Musk Promises to Release His Own Smartphone Model If Twitter Is Removed from App Store

American entrepreneur and new CEO of Twitter, Elon Musk, has promised to release his own smartphone model if Twitter is removed from the App Store and Google Play.

This statement came as Musk responded to a Twitter user who remarked that it wouldn't be difficult for the person who creates rockets for flying to Mars to launch a simple smartphone if needed.

"I hope it doesn’t come to that. But if there is no other choice, I will create an alternative phone," Musk replied.

Recall that Elon Musk took over Twitter on October 28. He explained his decision to acquire the company by stating that it is vital for the future of civilization to have a digital platform where a wide range of opinions can be discussed in a healthy manner. The deal cost the entrepreneur $44 billion.
