Important Meetings: Toivo Klaar has Departed for Baku

The European Union's Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, has announced his departure for Azerbaijan. 'I am now leaving rainy Vienna for important meetings in Baku,' he wrote on his Twitter page.

It is noteworthy that the EU special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia had previously arrived in Yerevan and then Baku, immediately after the aggression undertaken by Azerbaijani armed forces in September.
