Artsakh Defense Army Issues Statement

On November 22, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense disseminated yet another piece of misinformation regarding the Artsakh Defense Army. They claimed that between 09:17 and 14:48, the Army's units allegedly breached the ceasefire regime and opened fire on Azerbaijani positions. This was reported by the Artsakh Defense Army.
