Armenian Citizens Buy $84 Million Worth of Cars from Georgia

From January to October this year, Georgia exported 64,000 vehicles. The total revenue amounted to $661 million, which is 77% higher than in 2021, reports TASS, citing the Georgian economic publication bm.ge.

During these ten months, the largest number of vehicles was sent to Azerbaijan. Azerbaijanis purchased more than 25,000 vehicles from January to October, with an average price of $9,800 per vehicle and a total export value of $245.1 million.

Ukraine ranks second, receiving over 12,400 vehicles in the same period, worth a total of $117.4 million, with an average price of $9,400 per unit.

Third place is held by Armenian citizens, who purchased more than 8,200 vehicles, totaling $84.2 million. The average price of a vehicle was $10,200.

Russia ranks fourth in terms of the number of cars purchased in Georgia, with more than 3,800 vehicles exported to Russia, amounting to a total value of $55.3 million. The average price per vehicle was $14,400.

Following Russia are Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belgium, Tajikistan, the United Arab Emirates, and Belarus.
