Turkey's Ministry of Defense has announced the destruction of 89 targets as part of an "air operation" in Iraq and Syria. According to the Shafaq News portal, at least 32 people have died as a result of Turkish airstrikes in northern Iraq and Syria, citing the regional office of the fight against terrorism in Iraqi Kurdistan.

The report indicates that the Turkish air force has carried out more than 25 strikes targeting the bases and headquarters of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and the People's Protection Units (YPG). Following these attacks, at least 32 people have been killed, with several others injured. The precise number of casualties from the strikes is not detailed, according to the TASS news agency.

Additionally, the media service of the Syrian Democratic Forces reports that at least 11 civilians have been killed in northeastern Syria due to Turkish military airstrikes. The strikes have also resulted in the destruction of the Kobani hospital, the Derik power station, and the grain storage facility in Zarkani.
