VIDEO: Pashinyan Informs Charles Michel About the Consequences of Azerbaijani Aggression
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a meeting with Charles Michel, the President of the European Council, during the 18th summit of the International Organization of La Francophonie taking place in Djerba, Tunisia, as reported by the government’s press service.
The two discussed the outcomes of the quadrilateral meeting held in October of this year in Prague, which included the Prime Minister of Armenia, the President of the European Council, and the Presidents of France and Azerbaijan. They emphasized the importance of implementing the agreements reached in the Prague statement and the necessity of taking steps to strengthen peace and stability in the region.
The Prime Minister highlighted the need to eliminate the consequences of Azerbaijani aggression and the immediate withdrawal of Azerbaijani units from the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia.
Nikol Pashinyan and Charles Michel also exchanged views on the further development of cooperation between Armenia and the European Union.
