Marukyan on Azerbaijani Claims

The Special Representative of Armenia, Edmond Marukyan, has stated on his Twitter microblog that Azerbaijan continues to assert that the Nagorno-Karabakh issue is an internal matter. He reminded that three permanent members of the UN Security Council, the OSCE, and now the European Union have not dealt with any internal issues for decades.

“Human rights issues have not been regarded as internal matters for seven decades since World War II,” Marukyan stated.
