VIDEO: We are ready to reach those solutions, and I am willing to take that responsibility upon myself - Pashinyan

During the question-and-answer session in the National Assembly, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke about Azerbaijan's position.

"If I translate it literally, Azerbaijan has this position that there are territories which, since May 11, 2021, Armenia has 'occupied,' and according to them, we need to withdraw from these territories. Now let me state our position: we say, very well, if there are territories from which Armenia needs to withdraw, then what border are we talking about? If we can understand that border, then this can be a very acceptable conversation for Armenia. If Azerbaijan says that Armenia is keeping some of its territories under occupation in the northeast, then there is a territorial division involved, we say, very well, show us the line, and that can be interesting. We do not reject this, also because the majority of the lands of four Armenian communities in those regions are occupied. For example, about 70 percent of the agricultural lands near the village of Berkaber in the Tavush province are occupied, about 70 percent of the agricultural lands near the village of Paravakar are occupied, and agricultural lands in the villages of Aigekhovit and Vazashen are also occupied; this has been the case since 1991-1994," said Pashinyan.
