VIDEO: A Moscow Apartment Used to Wiretap the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergency Situations, and Road Police
In Moscow, security forces have discovered an apartment equipped with devices that intercepted internal communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergency Situations, and Road Police. According to sources from SHOT, a call was made to the police reporting a strange apartment located in the building in front of the Polytechnic University of Moscow, in Koptëvo.
Investigators were sent to the address. The employees were surprised to find a radio station capable of listening to both police and emergency responders, as well as cylinders of acetylene and oxygen, and a chemical laboratory in the kitchen, containing a vast array of different substances including acids, salts, alkalis, and more.
