Fourth Criminal Authority Arrested: What’s Happening in Stepanavan

The Investigative Committee of Armenia has arrested a fourth criminal authority from the city of Stepanavan. Known by the nickname “Ero Tomski,” Erik Jaghinyan, who holds the highest rank in the criminal hierarchy as a “lawful thief,” has led a group known for its criminal subculture.

According to ArmLur.am, Erik Jaghinyan had assigned specific roles within the criminal group. Members A.N., K.
