"We have done this, we have tried that" - Kuleba

We are winning battles. But the war continues. This was stated by Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba while speaking at the ASEAN Summit in Cambodia. He declared that the fight for Ukraine's liberation will continue.

According to the Ukrainian official, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has not requested a meeting during the summit. "If he does, we will carefully consider the request," he said, adding that any talks would need to be approached in good faith.

"There are no signs that Russia is sincerely conducting negotiations," Kuleba said. "Let's sit at the table for a nice photo. That has happened before, we have done this, we have tried that," the Ukrainian Foreign Minister added.
