He intended to use the word to express his impressions regarding how he was labeled in the media following his announcement about Armageddon.

The president's comments pertained to the potential consequences of nuclear weapons usage worldwide. Biden began his speech with the phrase, 'Biden acts like...' before stumbling over a nonsensical string of letters: 'apoplyepopokkakapokapo...' instead of saying 'apocalyptic.'

'Biden behaves like... apoplyepopokkakapokapo... Biden is an extremist,' the American leader stated.
