Foreign Citizens Acquire Real Estate in Armenia

In the third quarter of 2022, specifically in July, August, and September, foreign citizens acquired 522 units of real estate in Armenia and sold 740. This information is reported by the Cadastre Committee based on published statistics. This accounts for 9.5% of the total transactions.

In 466 transactions, foreign citizens were solely buyers, while in 684 cases, they were sellers. Additionally, in 56 transactions, both parties involved were foreign citizens.

The foreign citizens who bought and sold real estate mainly came from Russia, the USA, Iran, Syria, CIS countries, and European nations.
