Indeed, there are quite a few disagreements with the RA authorities. There are successful programs and work interactions, but there are also principled disagreements, especially regarding the foreign policy course and statements related to Artsakh. This was stated by Artak Beglaryan, who is leaving his position as the State Minister of Artsakh, during a meeting with reporters on November 3.

"In many cases, I address these issues in an internal working environment, as I value effective cooperation between the RA and the AR. There are also certain grievances and disagreements, which I present openly and honestly. As for my position regarding foreign policy, the right of the people of Artsakh to self-determination should not be questioned," said Artak Beglaryan.
