"Despair is Not an Option": Kocharian Issues Statement
Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharian has called for participation in the rally on November 5. "Despair is not an option. The struggle must continue in Artsakh and Armenia. Join us," wrote the former president on his Facebook page, sharing the announcement video for the unity rally to be held at France Square on November 5.
