«The Failed Actor Speaks of the Opposition's Embarrassment»: Sagatelyan Responds to Alen Simonyan

The failed actor of an unsuccessful series, who is one of the main characters responsible for the loss of thousands of lives and handing over part of the homeland to the enemy, speaks about the opposition's embarrassment. In an interview with ‘Factinfo’, Ishkhan Sagatelyan, an MP from the ‘Armenia’ faction, responded to the statements made today by NA President Alen Simonyan during a conversation with journalists.

It is worth noting that today Simonyan referred to the opposition's rally scheduled for November 5, stating that the Armenian opposition is guided by the slogan ‘Don’t hesitate, embarrass yourself to the end.’

“I regret that Ishkhan Sagatelyan does not understand that he has been entrusted with the role of political suicide. They are urging him towards political annihilation. We have also been in opposition and know how it feels,” Simonyan said.

In response to Simonyan's statements, Ishkhan Sagatelyan noted that if, according to Alen Simonyan, the struggle for the sovereignty of Artsakh equates to political suicide, then he is essentially revealing their political behavior. “It is natural that any rally in support of Artsakh causes jitters among the ‘Alens’. Yes, you are right; the spokesman of the author of the roadmap for Armenia and Artsakh’s self-destruction is worried about my political future. So, everything is right. But let them not worry, we will close this chapter of national shame and embarrassment,” said Ishkhan Sagatelyan.
