Video: Road in Dismal Condition, Vehicles Damaged – Emergency Call

Citizens have sent a video to Auroranews showing the road from the town of Yeghvard in the Nairi community to Zoravan. This is a road of national significance. The footage reveals the deplorable state of the road. Residents point out that this is the second accident occurring on this road this month, damaging vehicles and imposing financial burdens on individuals.

Citizens are raising alarms about the road being in a dilapidated state, causing damage to their vehicles. Numerous complaints have been received regarding the terrible condition of the Yerevan-Yeghvard road.

Auroranews contacted the Road Department Foundation to understand how they plan to address the issue. We were informed that a tender has been announced for the reconstruction works of the H-4, Yerevan - Yeghvard - Aragyugh - Hartavan - /M-3/ national significance highway section from km 0+000 to km 15+600 (15.6 km).

It is worth noting that the tender has been announced until November 18. It appears that such an extremely poor road is unlikely to be repaired this year, as the tender has been announced almost at the end of the year. Citizens will have to continue damaging their vehicles, struggling to avoid accidents, and navigating this deplorable road for a long time.
