Armenia to Provide 20 Billion Dram Loan to Artsakh

The Armenian government decided in its meeting on October 27 to grant a loan of 20 billion drams to the Artsakh government from the state budget. The loan will be provided at an interest rate of 0.01% per year, with a repayment deadline set for January 1, 2026. The repayment will cover both the principal amount and the accrued interest, to be paid at the loan's maturity.

This loan is aimed at financing the construction and furnishing of residential houses for displaced residents in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as fulfilling obligations towards banks.
