Without Russia, it is impossible to save Artsakh; those shouting otherwise do not understand this. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh, David Babayan, during an interview on 24TV.

Babayan believes that the claims alleging that Artsakh is the tool through which Russia is holding Armenia hostage are false, asserting that some individuals are attempting to disrupt the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora triad.

According to the Minister, without Artsakh, Armenia cannot have a future and be secure.
