‘Dayak State Funding’ Program Halted: ‘Joghourt’

‘Joghourt’ newspaper reports that the ‘Dayak State Funding’ program is non-functional. This year, mothers have not been able to apply for the program since it was suspended as of January 1.

‘The newspaper has been receiving complaints from young mothers regarding this issue for a long time. Most of them are convinced that the ministry suspended the program due to a lack of funding. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has stated that it is currently undergoing a reworking phase.

‘Joghourt’ was also informed by the ministry that not only has the ‘Dayak State Funding’ program been suspended, but several other state assistance programs for employment have also been halted.

‘We have active programs that have started, but they are specifically aimed at ensuring employment for certain target groups. For instance, we currently have a program designed for participants of the wars from 2016 and 2020. The main emphasis has been in that direction following the war,’ noted Zara Manucharyan, the spokesperson for the Minister of Social Affairs.

It is worth mentioning that this program benefited citizens on parental leave who care for children under the age of three and return to work before the child turns two. In other words, the care was provided by a nanny, and part of her payment was covered by the state.
