Appeal Filed Against Lawyer Erik Aleksanyan's Arrest

An appeal has been filed against the decision to arrest lawyer Erik Aleksanyan as a measure of restraint. This information was provided to Sputnik Armenia by his attorney, Gayane Papoyan.

She mentioned that a date for the hearing of the appeal has not yet been set.

It should be noted that on October 19, the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge Arshak Mathevosyan, approved the National Security Service investigator's request to arrest Aleksanyan as a measure of restraint.

In the same case, Judge Arusyak Aleksanyan was also arrested on the same day.
