Shoygu and Ben Wallace Have Had a Phone Conversation

On October 23, 2022, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Army General Sergei Shoigu, and the Secretary of State for Defence of Great Britain, Ben Wallace.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the situation in Ukraine was discussed. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu conveyed his concerns to his British counterpart regarding possible provocations involving the use of a "dirty bomb" by Ukraine.
