Dictator Aliyev Ruthlessly Tortured 1,767 Azerbaijani Soldiers, Says Jalilzade

Dictator Aliyev has ruthlessly tortured 1,767 soldiers of the Azerbaijani army. This was reported by Azerbaijani blogger and author of the "Dictator" television project, Manaf Jalilzade, on his Twitter page.

"The photo was taken just before the tortures. As a result of the tortures, nearly 100 soldiers were killed on the spot. Europe is interested not in human rights, but in Aliyev's gas and billions. End Aliyev's regime," he wrote.
