In an interview with Canadian CTV television, the Ukrainian president stated, 'We definitely did not order that, as far as I know.'

Earlier, Russia's FSB had circulated information claiming that the terrorist act on the Crimean Bridge was organized by the intelligence agency of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense.
