Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded a Medal of Honor to Aiman Kadyrova, the mother of Chechnya's leader Ramzan Kadyrov, for her active social work. The corresponding decree was published on the official internet portal of legal information.

According to RIA Novosti, the document states: "Awarded for active social work, the Medal of Honor is conferred upon Kadyrova Aiman Nesievna, the president of the regional public fund named after Russian hero Akhmat Kadyrov."
