Araik Harutyunyan on Direct Negotiations with Baku

We need to assess what direct negotiations with Baku will bring us. In an interview with Artsakh Public Television, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, stated: “If we can maintain our de facto independence, stability, and peace, and raise and resolve vital issues during these meetings, we must certainly meet. While not compromising our right to self-determination and without calling into question our path to independence,” said the President of the Republic of Artsakh.
