Putin Declares State of Emergency in Donetsk, Luhansk People’s Republics, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson

Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared a state of emergency in the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, as well as in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.

It has been noted that response measures under the state of emergency will be determined by the leaders of these subjects.

It is important to recall that on September 30, the Luhansk People’s Republic, Donetsk People’s Republic, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia were incorporated into the Russian Federation.
