Investigation Launched into Assault on Former Constitutional Court Head Edgar Ghazaryan

The Investigative Committee has initiated a criminal case regarding the assault on former head of the Constitutional Court staff and public figure Edgar Ghazaryan, qualifying the incident as causing minor harm to health by a group of individuals. This was reported to NEWS.am by the press secretary of the Investigative Committee, Vardan Tadevosyan.

Earlier, it was reported that Edgar Ghazaryan was assaulted near the entrance of his home today, and he has since been hospitalized but later discharged. Ghazaryan insists that the attack is linked to his political activities.
