Brent Oil Drops to $90 a Barrel for the First Time in Two Weeks

The price of oil has accelerated its decline on Tuesday evening, marking the first time since October 4 that Brent crude has fallen below $90 a barrel. This is reported by Interfax.

Brent crude December futures on the London ICE Futures exchange decreased by $1.61 (1.76%) to reach $90.01 per barrel by 17:16 Moscow time.

Meanwhile, WTI crude November futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) dropped by $1.93 (2.26%), bringing the price down to $83.53 per barrel at the same time.
