Truck Drivers Block Road from Ejmiatsin to Yerevan Again

Auroranews has just reported that truck drivers have blocked the Ejmiatsin-Yerevan road section. The reason for the blockade is the weigh stations where loaded trucks are weighed. If the load exceeds the established limits, the drivers face administrative penalties.

The Ejmiatsin municipality informed Auroranews that the drivers briefly opened the road but have currently blocked it again.

Participants of the protest are demanding a meeting with the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Gnel Sanosyan.
