Partial Mobilization Completed in Moscow

Moscow has completed the tasks set before it regarding partial mobilization, and as a result, the collection points for those mobilized will close on October 17 at 14:00. This was announced by Mayor Sergey Sobyanin on his blog.

The mayor stated that the military commissioner of Moscow has informed him about the fulfillment of the tasks stipulated by the presidential decree and outlined in the Ministry of Defense's assignment within the framework of partial mobilization.
