Body Found in Stepanakert with Gunshot Wound

On October 17 at 06:30, the police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received a report of a body found in the park named after Freedom Fighters on K'numyants Street in Stepanakert. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.

Immediately dispatched to the scene were forensic experts from the police department and an operational investigative team from the Investigative Committee, who determined that the body belonged to a 40-year-old resident of Stepanakert, identified as A.A.

It was revealed that at around 04:00 on October 17, under yet to be clarified circumstances, the individual reportedly committed suicide using his own firearm.

An investigation is underway to establish the details of the incident.
